WEEK 2 - Set Up Your Business Properly
You’ll learn how to budget your business capital using a beginner-friendly framework, register your business, create a brand name and slogan, secure your domain, social handles, and email, and beginner SEO tips to help your new business with visibility.
WEEK 3 - Build a Beautiful Visual Identity
You’ll learn how to research the right materials for the accessories (for knowledge purpose), and get inspired by your competitors. You’ll learn how to create your first look or moodboard, logo, and how to reach to the designers we'll recommend to you.
WEEK 4 - Work with the Right Manufacturers
You’ll learn how manufacturers work, how to reach out to them professionally, and how to ask the right questions at each stage. You’ll learn how to build a long lasting relationships with them, and how to negotiate with clarity.
WEEK 5 - Prepare for Production & Pricing
You’ll learn how to determine the right number of pieces for your launch, place your first order with confidence, and price your products for both profit and accessibility. We’ll also cover quality control tips (especially for custom designs), how to manage shipping and delivery, and basic inventory planning so you’re not stuck with a ton of "dead" stocks.
WEEK 6 - Create Content & Build Real Visibility
You’ll learn how to plan and execute a simple but effective branding—including model sourcing, photo/video ideas based on your brand moodboard, and tips for editing on a budget. You’ll also learn how to attract buyers using organic social content, daily prompts, and a beginner-friendly lead-generation method to turn strangers into future customers.
WEEK 7 - Launch with Confidence & Strategy
You’ll choose from different launch roadmaps tailored to the 2 business models (custom and wholesale), get a full launch timeline breakdown, and learn how to build anticipation through storytelling and behind-the-scenes content. We’ll also cover how to collect feedback, improve customer experience, and build a business worth coming back to.
